Located in the lowlands of cambodia, in an area known worldwide as one of the best pepper growing regions, the tent+ is part of a series of remote hideout huts on the plot of the vine retreat in the idyllic rural countryside. The 20sqm small cabin fits seamless into the environmental given conditions and opens itself to the natural integrity of the landscape. The locally produced wooden structure creates a multifunctional space, flexible in it‘s use, as well as it‘s positioning. The lightweight tent+ can be placed wherever one feels the need to set up his tent, but with the + that makes one come, see and experience what is actual worth lasting. It is the kind of place that can be your retreat, the oasis in mother natures garden, or the community space for everyone. The tent+ is whatever you need it to be, wherever you need it.

In times where the discussion about the human impact on the environment reached a global dimension and the world asks for the „one“ solution that can fix everything, one should take a step back in both distance and impact, on a more locally level. What is a ocean but a multitude of drops. the tent+ is the locally produced kind of drop that can cause change on a small level, but with every environmental friendly design given it can create a ocean full of chances and hope for a better future, for everyone. The small scale designed, flexible, multifunctional and locally produced tent+ is developed to make the local difference to a worldwide issue.
